Becoming active in the Mormon ChurchOne of the purposes of this site is to help you become acclimatized to your new life as a Mormon. After you are baptized and become of member of the Church, it is important that you continue to take an active part in the Church’s services and activities. New members of the Church face a number of challenges. This can be a difficult transition for many, since it may mean changing old habits (such as smoking) as well as learning new beliefs, traditions and customs unique to Mormonism. Activity in the Mormon Church brings us great blessings. Attending church meetings and activities enables us to socialize with those who hold our same values. This can be especially important for young people and children. Your example will help your children live gospel principles. By bringing them to church, you can help them make friends with other children of high standards. |

Hello Heather. Great to meet you virtually, and thanks for stopping by our sites. It is great to know that you would like to resume full fellowship in the Church. I’m sorry there seems to have been some previous confusion for you. It would be best for you to speak with a leader over you, in your geographical area, to best lay out a path for your return to the Church. They will be more than willing to help you and assist you and befriend you along the way, and we are here to support you. You can contact us at email@moregoodfoundation.org and we can locate your priesthood leader, or you can visit lds.maps.org and key in your address to find the leader of your assigned congregation. I will also email you. All the best. It is worth your every effort and sacrifice.

Amankwah, thanks for visiting our unofficial site. We are excited to hear about your interest and desires. What have you learned about the Church already, and how have you been introduced to its teachings? In response to your question, all are invited to come unto Christ and be baptized into His Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as they learn the doctrine and are committed to follow the Savior.
What ministry have you been affiliated with?
We have representatives who can come to share the gospel with you in your home, and then, after the essentials are taught, and as you feel ready for baptism, you can certainly become a member and would be so welcome.
Let us know more about you and how we may best serve you. If you would like representatives to come, please send me your address privately through our contact form. I am a convert myself and sought the truth for years, and can truly testify that the Savior’s principles of eternal progression as well as His authority rest within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We invite all to take the truths they have and add to those the fulness of the gospel.
All the best.
